This easy Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl is the perfect gluten-free, vegan and purely delicious snack, breakfast or even lunch. Filled with warm flavours and topped with crunchy textures.
I have always been a massive fan of smoothie bowls. But since I started living on my own, smoothie bowls have become a bit of an everyday meal for me. They are just so quick and easy to make and are also an easy way to get in all your fruits, and even veg sometimes.
So with this being said, I was getting a little bored with my usual berry smoothie bowl so I decided it was time to get a little creative. Thus, the Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl was born. This yummy bowl is perfect for pretty much every and any season. It has delicious warm cinnamon flavours that are perfect for winter. And is also packed with crisp and crunchy green apples that are perfect for summer. So all in all. It is just the perfect smoothie bowl for every and any day!
As usual, it is of course incredibly quick and easy to make. All you have to do is… chuck all the ingredients into your blender (I used my trusty NutriBullet). Give it a good whizz. Then pour it out into your favourite bowl. Lastly, top it with whatever your heart desires. I topped mine with crunchy gluten-free granola, some chopped pieces of apple and a little cinnamon. YUM!
