Popsicles for breakfast?! Say what? So popsicles for breakfast are pretty much the best thing ever and I’m not really sure why we haven’t done it before. It’s super quick, it’s so incredibly healthy and it’s yummy! You can pretty much create a whole weeks worth of breakfasts in under 10min. And then every morning you just take one of those popsicles out of the freezer on your way out. So convenient. Plus, the kids will absolutely love them for breakfast or even as a snack. They think it’s ice cream but it is actually a delicious Popsicle packed with antioxidants and probiotics. So everyone wins!

I used a cheap popsicle mold that I had lying around the house. And then simply mixed the greek yoghurt with a little honey, added in some frozen blueberries and bam! Breakfast is served. If you want to you can even top them with some of your favourite granola or add some chia seeds for extra protein. The world is your oyster. I then popped in some ice cream sticks and stuck the mould into the freezer for a couple of hours. Easy enough?
